30 weeks twins - painnnn

Hey multiple moms ! I need help , today i woke up so sore like i got hit by a damn truck . My whole body feels stuck, my belly is so tight and moving in anyway is a hassle. My BREATHING is scaring me to be honest, every breath i take is causing me upper back and chest pains .. i just decided to lay down to see if the twins would move and they both definitely did so I’m less worried but i still don’t what what these symptoms could be? Or maybe I’m just over pregnancy! Lol TIA
