Pregnant first cycle after miscarriage

I had a natural miscarriage on May 27th at 11 weeks and I bleed for 7 days my husband and I only BD once since and today we got this (pic below) I go in for lab work in the morning…I’m excited and nervous 🤞🏽 hoping for the best. At this point I’m blocking out all expectations. AF was due tomorrow based off of using my MC as the first day of my cycle
