My 3.5 mo twins both have been having pale yellow poop with white pieces in it. I googled it and it said something about milk fat from breast milk but they’ve been formula fed since birth. They’ve been on gentlease the past 2 months and never really had a problem with it but these past 2-3 days they’ve been have the pale yellow poops and they poop very often and have a lot of gas and abdominal cramping. Why is this happening? Should I be concerned?
