When did/do/will you sleep train your LO?

Curious about when you mamas ST your LO.. or no ST at all 😊

Sleep training shouldn’t not be attempted until a minimum of 6m old. Scheduled routine from birth to 6m. Then from 6m and on you can start st.

we started following a solid schedule around 2-3 months and it naturally fell into place so he didn’t need st. But some kids really do benefit from it so go by your own child’s needs :)

We had a routine from birth. But when I weaned her from nursing I started ferber so she wouldn't rely on me to go to sleep especially since I'm due in less than 5 weeks.  I tried ferber a couple different times but she wasn't ready until she was 11 months old. Now she puts herself to sleep and sleeps 11 to 11.5 hours at night and puts herself to sleep for a 2 hour nap during the day.

9 months was when I was comfortable to do so! I really love it. She gets rest, we get rest makes for an all around happier baby and parents.

We never did, we just followed a basic routine/schedule. I didn’t feel it was necessary.
