Help I’m new to the pill

I recently started the pill yesterday. I’m 28 years old and about to get married and I’ve never used anything like this. I was so scared starting this and reading everything on the internet that includes side effects or even blood clotting.. but I still decided to go to my dr and he prescribed me Microgynon. I’m worried now reading the leaflet and other things about the pill that is written on the internet. I’m almost freaking out and I am considering of not continuing the pill🥺 what if it makes me infertile considering my age. What if I start bleeding randomly for the next 3 months knowing I’ll be having a wedding in about 1 1/2 month. I’m really freaking out. Help
