Dentist couldn’t pull wisdom tooth.. idk what to do

I went to my dentist to get my tooth pulled after extra shots of medicine, they couldn’t pull it cause it hurt too bad. I couldn’t sit still, my mom was trying to hold me down. But it felt like the tooth wasn’t even numb. It felt like they were pulling out a tooth that they hadn’t even numbed. It hurt worse than before. They referred me to a surgeon who is $300 JUST TO VISIT. No one in my area takes my insur, and my teeth hurt so bad that everything feels foggy I don’t feel like myself. Idk what to do because at this point I feel like I’m going to die because it’s going to go to my brain. The side the tooth is on my whole body feels weird but I can’t afford $300
