Day by day of our IVF (antagonist protocol)

Not sure about you ladies, but I liked reading through other’s protocols prior to starting my IVF cycle so I’m sharing mine in case it helps someone else.

1st time IVFer

28 w/ male factor infertility.

ICSI, no PGT, freeze all

Cycle started day 1 of period

Day 1: Birth control for 6 days

Day 7: Baseline bloodwork and ultrasound -AFC=35

Day 10: Start Gonal F (225 IU)

Day 14: Start Ganirelix (250mcg) -16 follicles

Day 17: Reduce Gonal F to 175 -26 follicles

Day 18: Reduce Gonal F to 125

Day 19: Reduce Gonal F to 75 -30 follicles

Day 20: 80 IU Lupron trigger at 10:45pm

Trigger changed from Ovidrel due to high estrogen

Day 22: Egg retrieval- 24 retrieved, 21 mature

Day 23: 18 fertilized

Day 28: 14 made it it blast, all 5AA, all frozen ❤️
