How Early Can Pregnancy Symptoms Show?

Hello all. 
Just wondering how early pregnancy symptoms have shown up for others. I have been experiencing symptoms that I’ve had when previously pregnancies. I just don’t like getting my hopes up every time. I know it’s too early but I just need someone else to tell me. I’ve had 3 miscarriages and I don’t want to get my hopes up thinking it’s pregnancy.

At 3 weeks 6 days I started getting my normal period like cramps but decided to test the very next day and I was 4 weeks exactly when I got a positive. At week 5 my boobs started to hurt to the point I couldn’t touch them, and at 6 weeks 3 days is when the nausea started to kick in. Now if I don’t eat as soon as I get hungry I will get sick to my stomach. Oh and the bloating started around the middle of week 5.

Hi doll ! I just had 2 miscarriages, what i learn from them is that it was way different from each other , first one I just was sooooo thirsty and i just could eat sweets i miscarried at 6 weeks  and with the second one I misscarried at 11 weeks ,I felt off all the time I was sleepy and exhausted and nauseous all the time , first symptoms was in fact nausea and sore boobs
