Husband and I have been together for almost 20 year but over the last 5 years or so I feel like he’s changed cuz he don’t show any kind of affection to me anymore outside the house or even when we are home, before he would hold my hand, stand by me that kind of stuff but over her the few years it stopped he don’t initiate the kiss at all anymore or even hold my hand. I have talked with him about it but he says it’s all in my head when I know it’s not, I don’t think he’s cheating on me cuz he home every day at the same time and we both have access to each other phones and I have gone threw his just to make sure and there was nothing, our sex life is just about nothing every now and again we might have sex but that if he’s in the mood and that’s maybe 1-2 times a month.

I just don’t know what to do anymore I want to feel wanted.

I show how much I love him daily, we watch Tv together, I ask him about his day, I cook him his favorite dinners, I ask him if he needs anything, I will pick him up his favorite snacks for work even when he says I don’t need to cuz he thinks it’s “too much added to my list”.
