Has anyone had success with using ACV to lower their fasting blood sugar numbers? Or coconut oil?

I’ve not tried either of those, but consuming raw garlic can be super helpful! Usually takes around 2 weeks for it to help, and you need to do it everyday. I love it in food so it’s easy for me! What are your fasting numbers? Are you on insulin? Are you having a high protein, good fat snack before bed?

Hi all. Not sure if this will work for others, but it has made a quick and noticeable difference in fasting sugars and sleep quality. I have using unsweetened grass fed casein protein (30grams of protein) + unsweetened almond milk (12oz)+ 1 -2teaspoons of cinnamon + water(2oz) + ice around 10-10:30pm. It is quite bland, but has worked very well for me so far!!! I have been using for last week and fasting numbers were at 108 and this morning I got my lowest fast reading in a month at 90. The numbers went steadily down after I added it and they have been consistent in the mid 90s. I tried acv, cheese, nuts, etc and nothing has given me this response. Super happy and hopeful this continues! Good luck ladies!
