Stretching and tightening sensation

It’s right n my uterus and it just feels like its expanding and then loosening and happening periodically throughout the day. It’s not painful at all just a weird sensation. I had a previous MC and chemical and also had this feeling.. I’m trying to decide if it has to do with loss or just pregnancy. I don’t remember having it with the pregnancy of my son though... Can anyone tell me if you have experienced this same feeling and it was fine?
