My obgyn always tells me it’s normal and not to panic. It can be light pink or brownish red spotting. Our area is very sensitive due to pregnancy and we gather more blood flow to that area. Muscles are more sensitive as well. If you get heavy bleeding or terrible pains or etc then be concerned and call Obgyn. If it’s little spotting it’s just due to irritation or cervix sensitivity and pain.
