Early pregnancy, boyfriend gift

So, I am currently 9 weeks 5 days pregnant and my boyfriend's birthday is in a little less than 2 weeks. He asked for a new pair/style of Converse. So I got them ordered, along with a matching pair for newborn. So cute! Just wondering if it's too soon to be doing something like that. I will be just past 11 weeks when I give it to him. My ultrasound was 2 days ago and showed little baby, healthy with a heart rate of 175. My OB said miscarriage was less than 5% chance at this point. I had a miscarriage at 7.5 weeks in Feb, so I am just trying to keep my anxiety at bay and figure out how to be "normal" with this pregnancy. Anyway, matching daddy and newborn Converse for his birthday, good idea?
