My nausea was gone around the time the baby stopped growing for both of mine. But I carried for 4 more weeks with the first and 2 more with the second before finding out they had passed

Yes I was nauseous for awhile after I passed it too. Your hormones are as high as they’d be if it was a viable pregnancy during a missed miscarriage so you’ll most likely still have nausea until your hormones come back down.

Yes, it stopped a few hours after I had the twins removed. My hcg dropped extremely fast.
