Weight loss!
Is it possible to lose 25-30lbs in 4-5 months? Planning on staying around 1300-1400 cals a day. With exercising of course. Just had a baby a month ago so once I get the clear to work out I am going to start. Right now I am just doing daily walks. If anyone has any weight loss advice or meal ideas please comment :)
