New Job

I am 20 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I received a great job offer with more pay to manage 3 offices. It is really enticing since I have been burnt out during COVID at my current job of 3 years. Neither job offer paid maternity leave, but I feel that I can negotiate it at my current job due to my seniority there and position. I haven’t informed my new job about my pregnancy and I have to accept or decline their job offer by 7/13/2022.

Any advice?

I am so conflicted because I want to take the new job for mental health and sanity purposes. Help!
