Caprylic acid and zumenon
Hi. Due to ibs issues which have got worse with all the medication, I was advised to take caprylic acid. However, I have continued taking it with zumenon. I can’t find interactions online but my consultant has not heard of it so told me to avoid it. I’m just so worried that I’ve messed up my cycle. Please advise. Thanks
