So I had a complete miscarriage 3 weeks ago on 6/22 it started and I stopped bleeding on 6/26 and haven’t had any bleeding since well today I started spotting and so I put a pad on and it’s like very little maybe teaspoon amount my question is from everything I read a period after a miscarriage comes within 4-6 weeks last week my hcg was still 69 I don’t know this weeks yet waiting in results my question I guess is could this be my first period after a miscarriage 3 weeks exactly after the miscarriage??
