Late BBT rise

I’ve noticed that my bbt will usually rise much later than when I first get a positive opk and also much later than when I have a lot of EW CM. For example, this cycle I got my first positive opk on CD 11 but my temp didn’t rise until CD 19.. all of my CM is basically dried up by now. Would it have really taken a week for me to ovulate after a positive opk? I did have a miscarriage in May, but I think that this has happened even before my miscarriage.
