16week old has covid

My 16week has tested positive for covid aswell as my son and partner,im looking for advice how to make her comfortable,she struggles to breathe through the nose so tried saline iv tried calpol as she as a temperature,she is bf but sometimes she won't latch on and cry so iv topped her up with a bottle to make sure she having fluids,we have called hospital and they said to keep eye on her temperature and breathing.just want some advice as I feel like some what it my fault as I haven't had the vaccine.
