How to help a recovering cancer patient?

I know this probably isn’t the place to ask but I have no one with experience to ask and my family doesn’t know how to help. We’re at a loss. My mother recently beat cancer but she still had more treatments to go and those were very rough on her. She can’t walk, can barely talk, doesn’t stand, and sometimes she loses motivation to take her medication. The remainder of her treatment has been paused until she is well enough to continue but she refuses to eat because she has no appetite. The doctor recommended a couple bites every few hours, even if she vomits, but she refuses to do that. We don’t know what to do or how to help and even though the treatments have stopped she isn’t getting better. I live an hour and a half away with my dad and we’ve taken her to the ER and will again in the morning, but they only hold her for a couple days and then release her and once she gets home she stops trying again. She does have people at home to help her but she still refuses and we’re worried we’re going to lose her eventually.

Edit: she’s taking anti-nausea medication, though not sure about thc so I’ll have to look into that and ask the doctor about that. As far as I know she did have sores in her throat but no longer has them
