Progesterone and Baby Aspirin

Anyone have success after using progesterone suppositories and baby aspirin during a previous pregnancy? We are currently expecting our third baby, but have had 3 miscarriages. My OB started me on both medications at around 4 weeks. I had stopped taking the progesterone because the nurse called and said my numbers were good and I didn’t need it. We had our first ultrasound the other day and everything looks great so far (was measuring 3 days behind where I thought I should be based on LMP). Afterwards when consulting with our OB, she advised me to start taking the progesterone again and to continue through at least 10 weeks because it wouldn’t hurt to take it. I hope nothing has gone wrong after not taking it for a couple of weeks after the nurse gave conflicting information. That really has me worried.

Our next ultrasound is on the 27th. Anyone in a similar boat or had a similar experience before?
