Piece of tissue came out with mucus plug

I’m 38 weeks and had my membrane sweep two days ago so it’s been 48 hrs. I’ve been having bloody mucus plug come out since yesterday but I noticed a tan piece of tissue (felt like old meat) had come out when I wiped an hour ago. I’m not sure if it’s scar tissue or if it could be something that shouldn’t be coming out.

Does anyone know what it is?
