I have no problem with people having reborns, I think it's a lovely idea.

BUTTT I tried sitting on the bus today for the first time with my 7 month old and there was no where to sit.

I saw a lady with a buggy and I then noticed she had a reborn in her buggy. I was upset because I had a important appointment in town and yet the space/chair for buggy's was taken by a reborn.

Anyway, I didn't get on that bus I had to wait 15 mins and also was late to my appointment.

THENN, I saw the same lady in the shops a hour later buying baby formula.

I said to her " this formula is cheaper in asda by £3, thought I'd let you know"

She then said " My babies not real I just make bottles up for pretending"

Sorry but there's a shortage of milk everywhere , the shops are always empty and she's buying milk for a baby that's not real?? She's using a space on the bus that others can't use??

I really don't want to be horrible but this does upset me. A lot of people are saying people buy formula for reborns and it's not really fair when mums need it for their hungry babies. Why take a seat up on a bus when people like us need it for a safe space for our babies to sit on the bus!

Opinions on this? I wasn't rude to her at all as I thought maybe she suffered with mental Health but she was a bit rude not offering the seat where you park your buggy on the bus. Kinda upset about it how last week I couldn't find baby formula anywhere and there's people buying it without actually using it.
