Hey Mamas, ftm need some advice. I had some clothes packed for my baby but someone just told me that you want to have clothes that are more accessible for the belly button to breathe or whatnot. And someone else said get the side opening onesies only. And a nurse video I watched said just have baby in diaper and swaddle blankets/swaddles.

PLEASE enlighten me what worked for you! Also is there a particular swaddle that’s good for a newborn? I bought a pack of 3 that was the small size but it looks way too big for a newborn. Do I need zip up or snapper onesies or skip them altogether? And do I need a sleep sack/what kind?

Fyi I have an expected 7 day hospital day for health reasons so please help me figure out how many of each item I need to bring for him.
