Ttc w/ pcos

I found out i have pcos in 2018 & I’ve had 3 pregnancies all ending up in a miscarriage (2018 & 2 this year) i only took provera with my 2018 and then got pregnant naturally the other 2 times. I dont have periods & when I do I don’t usually ovulate. From your experience, what has your obgyn done/gave you to conceive & have you had a successful pregnancy?
