Can I call cps anonymously?

**update- so, it’s Friday, does that mean I have to wait until Monday to call? I messaged her and asked where she is moving and she left me on read. So, pretty sure she has no where to go. ☹️ I wish they were open on the weekends if they aren’t

I might be in the wrong, but, I can’t stand when people mistreat children or make choices that will greatly affect their kids.

I live in KY, and this girl I know keeps putting her infant in danger. She already lost custody of her son for the SAME reasons. Today she got evicted for breaking rules and she KNEW the risks. Last time she got evicted, she lived in her car for about 3 months. (She had a choice not to, but is mad at her father for taking custody of her son. Her daughter is about 7 months old with a colostomy bag due to deformities from the girl being on meth while pregnant. She’s also back with her abusive boyfriend who also has been watching the baby.

CPS did nothing for my second cousins until it was too late and the kids got traumatized. and now I fear this little girl is going to end up the same.

I have no idea where she’s moving, but I think cps needs to do a surprise welfare check on that baby. I’ve tried not worrying about it as I’m pregnant and have a child of my own, but my gut is telling me I should be.

I’m autistic and I’m not sure what I should say if I should call.
