Baby Brezza

Hello!

We just bought a baby brezza as I am unable to BF and it sounded like it made life easier. However, we have tried a couple times now and all it does is dispense water then clump of formula topped off with some water. The ratio seems correct but I thought it was supposed to come out mixed so we could eliminate the bubbles. Has anyone else had this issue and have they done anything that helped fix it?!

I have contacted them and have the settings right, cleaned everything and double checked putting it together again.
