Has anyone ever gotten a cold or flu-like symptoms a week or so before period is due?

Going through that now but I did get a positive pregnancy test on the 31st

I had covid and tested positive on July 13th. I only had a mild cough. I missed my period on July 22nd and pregnancy tested positive yesterday July 25th.
