It's fun but by now means gets me to orgasm. Clitoral stimulation is the surest way to a female orgasm. Also, not everyone finds it fun or pleasurable, there are countless reasons none of which are anyone's business but the person and their selected partners. It's just plain rude to ask. 
If it's a personal question though, like you're struggling with it then, talk with your partner about what you need during sex. It's a two person game and you should both work as a team to the finish line
