Sleep regression 19 months

Please help i am currently 8months pregnant plus I have a 19 month old who for the past 2 days has been waking up and just crying. Night 1 I thought it was because he’s had so much cheese in and was constipated due to the fact he was farting when I was trying to soothe him. Which he woke up twice once at 11-midnight and again at 2-3 & tonight he’s woken at 12 and still won’t sleep I’m trying everything! It’s also day 6 of no pacifier and he broke his arm like 2 weeks ago so it’s a lot of reasons he could be acting this way but why now? I’m loosing my mind I wanna cry someone give me some type of advice!!
