Please read description 😩

I found out I'm pregnant roughly estimated 4 weeks 3 days from first day of my last period. After having two loses in a row I'm very on edge as it is soo well literally ten minutes ago I slipped in the bath and landed on my butt and then slid again and landed on my back, I'm okay my arm is just a little sore and I've got aching in my lower back. So my question is what are the chances it's cost me my pregnancy💔 Anyone had a similar situation?
