I am 11 weeks 3 days and am on progesterone. My progesterone increased since my last blood work but I noticed last Wednesday I had a bit of spotting. I had no cramping.

Today I wiped and had some more spotting. Still no cramping. Is this normal? I already called my dr and they just told me to monitor it and if it increases to go to the ER. I’m so scared to miscarry again. This was also in the toilet. Any opinions/advice/thoughts are welcome.
