Not necessarily. I had ZERO symptoms with my full term pregnancy in 2020. Never really had nausea at all. In the same vein, I’ve worked with colleagues who also didn’t have symptoms with their full-term pregnancies but did have symptoms with their miscarriages.
6w3d no symptoms?
I’m finding it hard to be hopeful that this pregnancy is leading to a baby. I had really pronounced nausea and fatigue with my son born in 2020 by this gestation. This pregnancy I don’t really feel anything. The occasional cramping and some indigestion but nothing like with my first. I know every pregnancy is different, but I’ve read that pregnancy nausea is a good indicator of a strong and healthy pregnancy.
