I am 99% sure that I am having a blighted ovum miscarriage. 7w2d and I had my first ultrasound today. The sac was small (8mm) and completely empty. My doctor thinks maybe I ovulated later than expected but I was tracking everything and got a faint positive 9dpo. They took my hcg today and it was 3,140.25. I go back in 2 days to get it taken again.

Does anyone else have experiences like this? What was the outcome? If it was a diagnose blighted ovum what route did you take when getting rid of it? Natural, meds or d&c?
