How much do you feed your 7 month old?

Hi everyone, how much do you give your 7 month old? Do you still give his regular bottle feeds? I am trying to do 2-3 solid meals, mostly he’s playing with it and I feed him some. So do I continue to give his usual bottles? I sometimes find it hard to know if he wants his milk or is being fussy it’s a hard thing to guess because I sometimes get is wrong and he throws up

I sometimes do 2 meals but he’s not too interested although he loves watching us eat. I don’t worry too much cause I’m still offering breast as often as before.

I give her oatmeal n puréed foods mixed in. 3 to 4 meals a day n lots of breast milk

Milk is your babies main food up to the year. You add regular food and keep all the bottles.

Same milk as before, the food is supplemental still. I’m doing breastfeeding as normal but adding vegetable purée 1 tbsp in the morning and 1 tbsp in the evening.

Well done doing 2-3 solid meals a day. They spend a lot of time playing with food at this age, but get better with time. My paediatrician told me at this age that it’s still bottle first. So I give bub a bottle, then 1 hour after I give them solids. As they get older & closer to 1, it changes with solids first then bottle. 
Sometimes the flow on the bottle can be too high & cause them to vomit the bottle too.
