Hi all

I had a belighted ovum miscarriage starting from 2nd of July ending around the 7th and I also have PCO’s so cycles can be messed up but I did have a internal scan a few days into the miscarriage after I passed the sac and the hospital said I have passed everything naturally and don’t need D&C and to try as soon as we’re mentally ready, which we are so fast forward to now I’m almost 2/3 weeks on and have tested positive for ovulation yesterday and today but oh my god I’ve never once had ovulation pains in my life but this has really pained me it’s a real lower down dull ache with lots of twinging I’m not sure if this is normal after miscarriage? did anybody else get this & if so is it a bad sign or a good sign in your opinion for a new pregnancy 😩
