I’m 5 weeks 6 days. Yesterday I was advised to go to the ER for one sided pain. Pain to the point I was in tears. They said they couldn’t rule out an ectopic or a miscarriage because they couldn’t see anything. My HCG is only 390. I go tomorrow for another sample. I’m not hurting as bad anymore. But I’m now spotting. Red this morning when I wiped and now it’s brown. This is my 5th pregnancy. I have 2 children. We tried for this baby for over a year. I did 1 round of clomid. I just feel so hopeless.
