Antiphospholipid syndrome in pregnancy

My son was stillborn at 31+4 in March we didn’t have a post Morton as the cord was round he’s neck we had blood test and the placenta checked jus had a call from the hospital and they have told me I have Antiphospholipid syndrome APS I’m currently 6 week pregnant dating from last period have a scan booked for next week will also have to take 150mg aspirin daily. Has anybody had this and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy I’m so worried it’s all going to go wrong again please share stories. Thank you for reading
