First time mom. Need help with laundry detergent !

I don’t know what to buy laundry detergent for my son. I want it to be not harsh, smell good and wash stain really good/remove odor. Because he have a sensitive skin and he does drooling a lot *formula* so it got on his shirt, Bib, and burp towel. I use all free and clear it works well on his skin but ! It doesn’t remove the odor or stain very well. I don’t know what to do! 😔
