7 weeks bleeding increasing

I posted once this morning about having a little bit of pink spotting at 7 weeks, I called my doc and she said they won’t see me unless I’m having “period like bleeding.” I went to the bathroom again and the bleeding is getting darker. Would you consider this period like? Im sorry if it’s a dumb question I’m just terrified right now.
