Am I having a miscarriage

Hi I tested positive on the 24th July and said 2-3 weeks, then for the past 5 days or so I’ve been bleeding but it changes from a dark brown/ red to then a brighter red but it’s not very heavy. I’ve also been having slight cramps. Is this a miscarriage
