I need advice

Hello I been in a common law for 5 years, everything has been okay you know but one month my partners had to go work out of town for 2 months, it was hard at first but than I started to do everything to for myself and my daughter. He came back and we noticed our relationship hasn’t been the same anymore. We have spoken about it but there are moments when I am just thinking I should just be single. Because I work at night he doesn’t want to be home while I work but our daughter stays home with her aunt while I work and he goes out and does his things, at first it didn’t bother me but now it is because there is so many things to do at the house and he just does some stuff at home and leaves the rest. For me or my sister to do we don’t mind but it’s still unfair that my sister needs to be always with my kid while her father isn’t home and her mom is working. Like I thought it was supposed to be a team work thing raising our kids together I don’t know what to do or who to talk with out judgements
