loss of pregnancy symptoms - 19 weeks?

is it normal for pregnancy symptoms to just disappear at this stage? i was having normal symptoms (sore nips, slight nausea, etc) up until a day or so ago and now i’m worried.

My symptoms started to lessen around 9wks, 11 now and almost no symptoms, baby was good today. Everyone is a little different.

I got loads of symptoms at the beginning but at about 16wks they died off, I'm 35wks now with twins so it's my hip,back and and fluff hurting.
Like my midwife said if no bleeding etc nothing to be worried about ,but if u want reassuring give youridwife a ring x

Symptoms come and go. I would not assume a loss. Give you provider a call if you need some reassurance
