Wondering whether this is actually positive?

We have been ttc for over a year and a half now, last month everything went weird, temps are off, not a single positive opk all month, no consistant rise in BBT then suddenly period came from no where!

Usually I ovulate between CD 21 and CD 30, today is CD 13 and so I am not sure if this is a legitimate positive or maybe a false rise or something?

Any advice welcome, I am just so confused by my body at this point and it's exhausting tbh.
