Cheating???

Bf came home from work, jumped in the shower and went to the gym… I went in the bathroom after him and took a hot shower because I started to feel contractions afterwards I noticed his underwear with semen stains in them.. we fussed a few days ago, haven’t really been communicating haven’t slept in the same room I don’t know how to confront this. I go to get induced tonight.
