What's something your spouse does that makes you smile?

Big or small I want to hear it. I'll go first. I fall asleep outside of the covers almost every night and I'll wake up to him covering me up gently with the covers.  It's the little things that keep a relationship strong.

He works nights right now while I work days. When he gets up in the evenings for work he makes the bed and always turns my side of the bedding down so it’s ready for me to get in at night. It’s not much, but it’s so sweet to me. Also if I plan to take my lunch to work that day, he will pack it up in the morning before he goes to sleep so I don’t have to do it when I get up.

My husband passed away almost 3 months ago. But he always rubbed my feet…he’d take off my shoes after work and rub my feet. Mind you he was terrible at it but it was the sweetest gesture because he wanted to make me comfortable after a hard day.
