No call is better than a call right?

Yesterday I had an appt. My midwife tried to send me to triage and than talked and got blood work done in office. Well I had high blood pressure. Headaches spots in vision and nauseous overall feeling terrible! So she said she’d call me within 24 hours and let me know as soon as she got the results. Well it’s been 23 hours and I know results got back lastnight. She told me to be prepared that if things come back bad I’ll be going in to have a baby. But I hear nothing.
