What do you do when you overfed a baby?
I did some digging and researching and yes it is possible to overfeed a baby with formula!
Unfortunately I did overfeed my little one. She is on the large side and doc comments on it every time we go. I now changed her doctor.
She was my first born and as she was two weeks old we moved! Unfortunate timing but that’s how the housing market works. I wasn’t able to breastfeed and we don’t have any family around. I gave her way to much formula and she vomited a lot! Not just small portions of milk. The doc I had back in the day said it’s normal and healthy for kids to vomit. It shows they have enough food! Three years later I know I was overfeeding.
I do feel so sorry for it and worry if I caused her being bigger or struggling with food.
I tried to course correct by living extremely healthy which also backfired (This was a different post).
But now my question:
Is there any advise on what you can do if you oberfed your baby? Can they relearn when they had enough?
