A good or a bad letter

I used to believe that being a leader means being wealthy , stress-free and cloth themselves with suits and ties to boast in their in meetings. It turns out that the truth is the exact opposite! Working with Amazon has paved the way for me not only to know what a true leader is, but also to become one. In amazon, the first lesson we learned is the “famous leadership tenets” starting from taking ownership and be a decision maker and ending with customer and management satisfaction.

My sublime aim is to be an entrepreneur which is the reason why I worked with the most customers centric company on earth, I knew the fact that it will be risky and competitive and I will engage myself with a path that is full of difficulties, but how will I be an entrepreneur without taking risks and overcoming the difficulties? So, in my own personal experience, the only way to pursue my entrepreneurial career path is to take a risk , invest seventy percent of my time achieving the goals , compensate always, prioritize the greater good above the personal one, being empathic, patient and have a strong work ethic and honesty.

As captains should always smooth the path for their own team and assist them to go through it in the most effective and effortless methods, I took an extra mile in Amazon to build a platform that is called “The resolution specialists’ opinion” this platform is built to help new hires to understand the difficulties that they might face and know how to overcome it.

I conclusion, I would love to take the risk to interact with the other worlds and I think I well be well prepared for the next step in my life because these experiences shaped me and made me the person who I am today and equipped me with information that helped me to navigate towards this prestigious program.
